Tami Pyles, founder of Thrive On Consulting, knows first-hand what it is like when your family learns of a life-threatening food allergy. Motivated by her desire to keep her daughter with life-threatening allergies safe, Tami has worked to promote food allergy awareness since they received her daughter's diagnosis in 2010. She started Thrive On Consulting in 2014 to utilize her vast and first-hand knowledge of managing food allergies, as well as her coaching and training and development skills, to assist families who are dealing with food allergies and to provide engaging training sessions on food allergy awareness. In 2015 she successfully completed the 14-week AllerCoach training program and is a part of a national group of food allergy coaches. Her training, experience as a food allergy mom, and professional background in training and development allows her to work with clients to overcome their fears, put safe practices into place, and Thrive On with food allergies.
Tami has spoken nationally on food allergies at the FARE conference and multiple Gluten Free Food Allergy Fests. As a freelance writer, Tami has written numerous articles on the topic of food allergy management and awareness including serving as a guest blogger for FAACT.
